Participants must be at least 18 years old.Participants must reside in regions where the app is planned to be launched.Referrals must be new users who have not previously signed up for the HIGH 5 waitlist.

5. Referral CampaignTracking and Verification:
Referrals are tracked and verified using unique referral links.

Threshold for PRO Membership: Participants who refer 5 or more friends will earn a PRO membership for 12 months, provided the app is launched in their city.

6. DisqualificationParticipants will be disqualified for fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:Use of botsDuplicate entriesFake or fraudulent contact persons

7. Data HandlingData Collection: We collect personal information such as name, surname, email, and favorite sport.

Data Use: Your data will be used to manage the waitlist, track referrals, and send marketing communications.

Data Retention: Data will be retained through the use of third-party servers.

Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.

No Guarantee: Joining the waitlist or referral campaign does not guarantee the launch of the app or the awarding of the PRO membership.

The app is not yet fully built, and its development is contingent on the success of the waitlist. No claims can be made against HIGH 5 for its non-launch or any related matters.
